Character spotlight with Ash – A C.R. Moss Character

Hello mortals. My name is Ash. I am a demon born of a human female and Pruslas, assistant to the great Astaroth who is the demon prince of accusers and inquisitors. Tales of my conquests can be found in the Dirty Little series of books by C.R. Moss available at www.extasybooks.com

What makes you special? What differentiates you from your kind? Do you have special abilities?
I am a bi-sexual demon who lives in the human realm and can manifest as a physical person or spirit entity whenever I want. Along with this, I have romantic adventures and the ability to influence human minds to do my bidding.

Tell us about your most current adventure.
In the current Dirty Little adventure Dirty Little Girl, my son, Michael, takes charge of his first conquest—I mean romantic interest. *evil chuckle* Unfortunately, he bit her. A demon bite usually isn’t a big concern. Normally, it just creates what mere mortals like to call a vampire, but with certain individuals, a bite does more than turn them into the living undead. She’s one of those individuals that had what I like to call a reaction. Should you like more information on this story, you may find it at the end of the interview.

If you could offer your author advice, what would it be?
Keep the stories coming. I love being bad and having her write about my antics.

Are you happy with the way people perceive you?
Why, yes, I’m happy with the way I’m perceived. I’m evil. Aside from a couple of my lovers who adore me, people think I’m absolutely wicked and I love it!

If you could time travel, where would you go?
Back to Bethlehem, late BC early AD. I’d follow a particular man around as he grew up. Help out with the temptation.

Share a little bit of the real you with our readers. Any Dark secrets?
Contrary to popular belief, I do have feelings. I just tend to present them in a different light than humans and my contemporaries do. A dark secret? *scratches black-haired goatee* There’s a particular woman I’m in love with, but she’s with another and does not know the extent of my feelings.

What motivates you to continue on these adventures?
It’s in my blood, who I am. Plus, I have to continue on , hunt for the perfect drones to add to my master and father’s army. Perhaps by persisting with my adventures, one day I’ll be able to rid the world of my interest’s partner and claim her for my own.

What is your most favorite thing to do?
Enter humans’ dreams. It’s so much fun being able to woo them or frighten them in slumber’s reverie.

Do you think you are a superior being?
Of course I am. I’m a demon with great abilities. Need I say more? *brushes backs of fingers against burgundy silk shirt*

Describe your Demon abilities and how exactly did you get them?
I was born with my abilities. I can shift from a handsome man with dark hair and dark eyes to my true demonic form, which is dragon and monster-like. You know the kind with the bat-like wings, angular fear-provoking face, horns, claws…the works! In human form, my dark-eyed gaze mesmerizes my victims. I can tap into their minds, talk to them, invade their dreams. I can change matter with a thought, but most times, I chose not to. I like challenges too much to make life easy for myself.

Is your gift always right?
My gifts are always right. At least for me that is. Others might not feel the same though.

Does your gift get you in trouble?
No. I’m the one who creates trouble with my wonderful gifts.

What good thing have you done with your gift?
Traveled to a secluded cabana on one of my favorite tropical islands with one of my victims *cough* I mean love interests. We spent a nice bit of time in bed. She became the mother of my children. Good for me but bad for her. *snicker*

Would you trade your gift for a different gift?
Hell no. My gifts are wonderful and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. Oh wait, the world already is my playground. Guess I have both my gifts and the world. Isn’t life grand?

Dirty Little Girl available from eXtasy Books May 15, 2010

One bite and life will never be the same… Tired of living with her crazy mother, Jamie Sue embarks on an adventure of her own seeking life in a big city. A strange urge prompts her to stop and stay in Las Vegas so she gets off the bus and settles in. When she meets her golden angel, Michael, she believes she’s found the love of her life, but things aren’t always what they seem. Will the bite of his love change her forever?

Excerpt:

Michael pushed his jeans down and stepped out of them, then removed his black t-shirt. Naked as the day he was born, his chiseled muscles creating shadows on his skin and his cock jutting forth, he offered her a devil-be-damned grin. “Titillating, isn’t it?” The deep-voiced question reverberated throughout the congregational hall.

Jamie Sue squirmed against the restraints, her ass burning lightly against the rough red carpet. “I don’t know, Michael. What if we get caught?”

“No worries, my dear. We won’t. Now, be a good girl and spread your legs for me.” He knelt down and placed his large hands on her knees, making sure to move her extremities far enough apart for his body to fit between.

At his touch, the happy haze returned and she submitted herself to him.
He kissed her forehead, her nose and quick on her lips. His tongue trailed from her chin, down her neck to in between her breasts, then laved over to one areola and circled it. His mouth latched onto her nipple. He teased the peak with the tip of his tongue. Tingles of pleasure trickled up and down her body. He pulled off her tit, licked his way over to her other breast and suckled that for several minutes. She wanted to touch him, touch herself, and at any point she could have slipped her hands from the bonds, but didn’t. Being tied up was part of the game.

Character Interview with Torrek

Thanks for agreeing to this interview, Torrek! Please, Introduce yourself.
I’m Torrek and you won’t believe that I come from a rural moon. Yes, I know all the jokes about the moon people, but, hey, we aren’t that far behind! You’ll find me and the great story of my life in Ann Raina’s latest trilogy Living for the Act, which you can buy at www.extasybooks.com. As reviews show, the story is worth more than a glimpse. You’ll find a fascinating world that struggles to get back to a life worth living after a disastrous war.

What makes you special?
You need to ask? I’m the special guy of the story, you bet on it! Those ladies from Raskayen put a hell of a lot in motion to get me on their planet. *scratches head*. Well, at first they wouldn’t know that I am so special, but that changed a little while later when they found out that I can…uh, you know, work better in bed than in a house as a carpenter. My ability to get women pregnant could be called my special ability. *grins* They call me a semency now. That’s the description for a valuable male member of their society here. Gets me great treatment and less freedom, if you don’t mind me saying.

Tell me about your most current adventure.
Oh, yes, it was quite an adventure to be thrown into a female ruled clan on Raskayen. I can’t say if I was lucky. At first, I complained a lot and wanted to be taken back. Home, etc. But the clan chief made it very clear—I couldn’t get back. And then the changes began, you know. I can’t say if it started with Ferris and his love for the clan chief or if the rebels had anything to do with it. I’m sure the changes were due sooner than later. Imagine, a world ruled by women! *shakes head*. That can’t be right, not for long anyway.

Let me give you a glimpse of my not so happy little adventure with guys I once called friends. I met them after I had been chosen as a semency and guess what happened.

“Hey, how are you doing?” Torrek arrived in the hallway, happy to bust. “It’s good to see you!”

“Indeed, yes.” Majerr’s eyes were small slits in his round face.

Torrek immediately took in the mood. He frowned with sympathy. “You’re pissed with me because I haven’t been ‘round for a while, hum?” He patted Majerr’s shoulder. “Sorry, my friend. really am. She wouldn’t let me come here. I ran into some trouble and—” He shrugged it off.

“Ah, right, got that. That bitch in red kept ya busy, hum?”

“I wouldn’t call her a bitch if I were you.” Torrek’s voice had dropped from friendly to warning, the gesture was noted.

Majerr smirked and shook his head. “Now that you got promoted and all you have to honor her, right?”

Torrek gaped at him. “Promoted? What in Erian’s bloody name do you mean by that?”

“Ah, come on, don’t say you have a worse life now!” Majerr laughed, rough and without humor, and touched the collar with the yellow stone. Torrek slapped his hand. “See? Bloody fucking honorable Torrek! Friends and foes forgotten!”

“How can you say that? I didn’t ask to be one of their studs! I really didn’t want to be!”

“Choke down on the lie, smartass! I heard what you folks earn! It’s more than I make in two moon circles! You have a fancy room, have your own frickin’ whore to read your wishes and fuck all women you want! Now they all come to you, precious moon man, and you don’t have to worry anymore about what chick you can get nailed!” Majerr spat. “Better shoe off before I forget my excellent moon manners!” “You wanna fight?” Torrek stepped forward, his anger blazing like a bright torch. “You wanna fight because you’re jealous? Is that it? That’s—” Majerr punched his face so fast and hard Torrek had no time to twitch. He blocked the second punch, but Majerr’s wrath leaned him strength and speed. The next blow got Torrek in the belly, followed by a series of gut-wrenching jabs and kicks. Torrek went down. It was ridiculous, he had asked Anjary to stay away to grant him some private minutes with his friends. Oh, right, friends they were, but no longer his. From down on his knees Torrek dared looking up. Tressin had joined Majerr, looking equally angry yet satisfied to have beaten the shit out of the new semency. “Happy now?” Torrek groaned. The pain in his belly wasn’t a good sign. Not a bit. He pressed his hands on his midsection and rolled to the side. “Got me.” He passed out.

Tressin slapped Majerr’s shoulder for the thorough job. They checked the surroundings, but no one was in sight that late in the afternoon. They turned and left the building site to get their transport back to their home.

See? And they once were my friends!

Thank you for this insight. If you could offer your author advice, what would it be?
I won’t dare give any kind of advice to my author! Hey, she’s the one holding my fate in her hands. Maybe she plans a sequel right now. So, no, no, I’ll keep my mouth shut!

Are you happy with the way people perceive you?
I don’t care that much about what people think about me. That’s not moon man style. When I was brought to Raskayen, I hoped to get along with the people there. Well, after learning that I can’t leave again. They had women aplenty, I can tell you! When I worked at the building site, no one told me how to proceed or something like that. The women chose me or didn’t. It was up to them and I’m a fair gentleman, I can tell you! I guess, I overdid my share. *chuckles* So one day, the ladies came and told me that from now on I would officially—yes, take that down!—officially serve the clan to make more women pregnant. Sounds like a job a man wants? Stop fidgeting! I wasn’t that happy at all. Suddenly, I had a farima—that’s the woman who makes your schedule—and she told me whom to make love to. Imagine! Before that I chose freely and now that woman was in charge! I struggled, of course, but then… Okay, to make it short, I learned a lot about women and about myself. The way I am and what I can do. It was a great feeling. Still is.

Is humor important? Why or why not?
Humor is very important to me and, hopefully, for the author, too. How could you survive in a strange world if you don’t laugh from time to time? My farima didn’t see it like that in the beginning. Maybe I was a rough guy. However, when we got a little closer—not too close, of course—she began to like me and had some fun. I hope.

Is expressing love difficult for you? Why?
I’m not good at expressing love. Hey, I’m a man, okay? From a rural moon. We don’t talk about this, we just do it. It’s simple. Woman, man, they get together. I’m not like Ferris, who wants to make all the women happy. What does that give you aside from trouble?

Share a little bit of the ‘real’ you with our readers. Any dark secrets?
The real me? Honey, you must be joking! *inching closer and dropping his voice* How real should I get to you? Right under your skirt—if that thingy is a skirt and not just a belt? Or maybe we could choose a more comfortable surrounding? I know of a nice place that… Hey, don’t gimme that look! A man must do what he must!

The question was…

I know your question. My dark secret. Let me think. On my moon, love was a straight thing. On Raskayen, I was introduced to a lot of different ways of love-making, and I found out that bondage games aren’t that bad after all. I found myself…not that helpless as I thought it would be.

What makes being with a woman in control the best sexual experience?
The women love to be in charge. It’s a good feeling to give them what they want. They don’t waver, they don’t hesitate and you just get along with what they want. There are great players among them, oh, yes.

Have you ever lost control?
Uh, no fair question. *scratches head and grimaces* When that b…woman, Eshrina, got me in her clutches, I thought that given the chance I’d lose control gladly. I had her and she wanted sex with me. And after we were done, she accused me of being too rough with her. Imagine that! First, she’s all eager to get me in her bedroom and then… Okay, I only got some scratches, but I wouldn’t want to be with that weird person again.

Describe the most weird device you’ve encountered.
Oh, oh, that’ll get me into trouble if Mujon learns of that! Will you promise me, you won’t tell her? I knew you would. Well, Mujon’s a scientist and her job is to create interesting sex toys. One of them is a mattress that reflects erotic wishes. If you lay down there, everything you think is enhanced, enlarged and projected back to you. It’s so stimulating, you don’t know how to stop the influence. That’s the moment when the sex might get a bit rougher. Do you like it rough, honey?

It’s not my interview, Torrek, really. So let us get back to the subject. What are your opinions on the rebels on Raskayen?
Honey, you ask the wrong guy. If the rebels hadn’t been there, Raskayen would have stayed a female dominated world. The rebels made that basic change possible. Believe me, they are the good guys even if they destroyed some stuff here and there.

Tell us what it’s like to spend a day with you.
You can have that any time you want—if my farima allows it. Maybe you should call her and ask for an appointment. *grins broadly* Okay, a day with me is like a wonderful trip through homes where nice women live, who want to get pregnant. I’m there to serve with all I have. When I leave, the woman is happy and content and hopefully expectant. I can’t count the encounters that ended with a child. You’ll have to ask my farima for that information. I’m just the one playing good luck charm. You sure, you don’t want to have a date with me? I’m a natural charmer.

Thank you for the interview, Torrek.
Thank you, honey. Any time. Any place.

Get your hand off me!
You sure?

Well…

Character Interview with Zoe Lionheart

ValerieJLongLIONESSHEART Hi, Zoe! Would you please introduce yourself?
Hi, friends! I am Zoe Lionheart, involuntary heroine of a series bearing my name which just starts on eXtasybooks. I’m glad eXtasy offered me the chance to talk to you, my prospective fans, for the first time, and I hope we will have more opportunities to talk once I’ve found out what I am.

You can find my first mission, Lioness’ Heart, released April 1st 2010, here:

What makes you special?
Good question—I’d like to know that, too. So far it’s a mystery to me. You know, I’ve led a quite ordinary life, working for a small print shop in Phoenix, until the day my friend was shot down right before my eyes. I barely got away alive. But then, the killer has been after me, the cops have been after me, suddenly my life was a mess! I had to hide in the witness protection program and I needed a new job. Then I was offered a very special job in a very special unit. It didn’t take me long to go for it. First, all other options were ultimatively boring. Second, I’ve always liked this Mission Impossible stuff—the ones with Peter Graves—I simply couldn’t resist being part of it. Third, the team lead—Matt—is such a cute guy!

Do you have special abilities?
Yes, sure. I’ve been a computer geek all my life. There’s hardly a system in the world I can’t hack into—that’s what the team needed me for. Doing some research and such. However, it didn’t take long and I got my first field mission. Matt had to understand that some computers are not connected to a public network—then you have to go and look for yourself.

I have a knack for martial arts, too—and had a good teacher—but that’s probably not what you are referring to, eh? I recently found out that I can run hundred meters in less than eight seconds and I can keep that pace for half an hour. You’d call that special, do you?

Tell me about your most current adventure.
The one I’ve just finished? Perhaps I should give an idea how it started—have a look what Valerie wrote:

In front of Rick’s door, a parking space had just become available. Hastily she maneuvered her Mini into the gap. A last look into the mirror—fine. She opened another two buttons of her blouse as the stern office look was not to Rick’s taste and because she wasn’t just flat as a pancake, she could depend on that to titillate him.

Shit. She’d almost landed in the pit, which was gaping in the sidewalk—the municipal services had been in a hurry to knock off work. Well, she could understand that.

In the corridor of the old five-story building, she stopped once again. Today she would go the whole hog so she quickly removed her slip from under the new, trendy black Kate-Moss-look miniskirt, which she had bought last Saturday for this opportunity. For a moment, she pondered where she could leave it, then dropped it into Rick’s mailbox with a whimsical smile.

On the stairs to the upper floor, she had to restrain herself. She didn’t want to be out of breath—at least not yet. Impatiently she covered the last steps, key in hand. Silently she opened the apartment door. She smiled as she heard the light music from the kitchen. To the left, in the dining room, everything was prepared—candles, bowls, chopsticks—so he would be cooking Asian style. One look to the right—oh, rose petals on the pillow! Yes, Rick knew how to create a romantic atmosphere. The corners of her lips slightly lifted.

There was a loud bang and then Rick’s horrified, painful cry sounded from the kitchen. She ran across and jerked the kitchen door open. A cloud of steam gushed toward her. Rick lay on the floor with a blood-covered chest and a dark-red face, rice grains stuck everywhere—to cupboards, ceiling and floor. She leaned down to Rick and lifted his head—perhaps the wonderful curves in her neckline would help to clear his fogged senses—and cried out, “What happened? Are you okay? Does anything hurt? Should I…”

His index finger covered her mouth. “The pot exploded. I meant to change the pressure cooker’s valve seal ring long ago—must have been jammed.” He looked down his body and plucked a small metal piece from a bleeding wound in his chest. “Mmm. This must have been the bolt to the handle.”

He flipped the bolt away as she hugged him, glad that nothing too serious had happened to him. She didn’t care that her blouse was soaking up his blood—but she noticed very well how his trousers became too tight for him. With swift fingers, she opened his fly and seated herself on him. A pity about the dinner, but this would become a wonderful evening!

Still totally inebriated by the adrenaline rush of the exploding pot spectacular, their first intercourse was short and intense. Rick just let it happen, but Zoe took control, her sensual perception sharpened by the preceding shock—and resulting fear for his life. When he responded with passionate strength, the sex was better than she had ever experienced.

She’d had lovers before, had been with tender and patient partners as well as indifferent mechanics. She’d had short and intense relationships up to the three-minute balcony fuck—which hadn’t been too bad, had wasted painfully long, affectionate evenings with a half impotent Italian-American, but nothing could have prepared her for this moment.

And Rick was insatiable. While she still waited for her heartbeat to slow, his hands slid up her side, found the beginning of her breasts, wandered toward her buttons. Methodically, he opened her blouse, pushed the blood-spattered fabric away, let his fingers tenderly circle her round, firm breasts. Then suddenly he grabbed her waist, pushed her above himself. She tensed, spread out her arms, enjoyed the feeling of hovering above him.

They made love to each other a second time, short but intense, on the groaning, protesting kitchen table. Afterward, she wrapped her legs around his hips, let herself be carried around the kitchen table in waltz time while his tongue played with her nipples. Finally he settled her to the floor, ran his hand across her short black hair.

She admired his toned body as he faced her from the kitchen door and she sprawled herself, purring, on the rice-covered kitchen floor. Her gaze wandered up his trouser legs to his still open fly, followed his chest’s muscular curves, where suddenly two red flowers blossomed.

As if in slow motion Zoe watched how Rick’s knees gave in, how his breaking gaze ran across her body for the very last time, how his voiceless cry fought to protest, how the stream of his life pulsated from his chest, how his light went out forever.

If you could offer your author advice, what would it be?
I prefer if she writes down my stories as I see them. I don’t like if she lets someone sneak up on my back and my readers learn about it before I do. Well, she promised me the fourth book would be first person narrative. Do you know what’s good about it? I’ll probably survive the next two books, too. But don’t bet on it—she’s a nasty person sometimes. I’m certainly not the one telling her what to do. If you have ever seen her eyes turn all black, you know you don’t argue with her.

Are you happy with the way people perceive you?
Not entirely. I feel the other people on the team still don’t see me as a full member. I’m just their hacker, and I’m supposed to be left in a safe place when the action starts. I can understand that, I’m new to the group and the other four have worked together for a long time. It’s always this group building stuff. They don’t know me yet, they don’t know if they can trust their lives to me, even if I’ve already saved their asses more than once. Probably we’re not talking enough.

Did you do anything special after your first adventure?
Well, doc said I should take some weeks off to recover from my injuries. I grabbed my bike and went north, up the coast to Vancouver. I like the Canadians, I like cities at the coast in general, and I very much like this one. I’ve met a nice young waiter in Gastown. We have a lot of fun together, and I think I’m to blame if he doesn’t get enough sleep.

When I’m alone, I try to find out more about me by testing my limits. You could see me in the early morning running around Stanley Park.

If you could pull your author into your world, what do you think would happen to her?
I think we might become friends, teammates, even lovers. We already share a lot, the computer stuff, common values, common thoughts, why not our bed? However, I don’t know if my world could bear someone like her.

What motivates you to continue on these adventures?
If you knew what I found out, you wouldn’t ask. Those guys we’re up against have some really ugly ideas. Now that I’m in the position to help, I feel I’m the best woman for my task. Also, I agreed to do that job, to become part of the team. I stand to my commitments. Always.

Hmm—maybe it’s Matt, too.

How many sex partners have you had? How many at one time?
I haven’t counted. There were quite a few during college and university, but rarely more than one at a time. There has been the occasional spring break gangbang, but that was just plain fucking and sucking, I don’t think that counts.

Do you think you are a superior being?
In a way I must be. Otherwise I couldn’t do what I did. But if by saying superior you mean better in ways of ethics, no. I have my virtues and flaws like everyone else. I’m not perfect, only physically enhanced.

What’s the oddest thing you’ve seen or done?
Me—taking several flights of stairs within the blink of an eye. If that’s not odd, what is?

If you could change one thing about you or someone you loved, what would it be?
Bring Rick back to life.

What’s the one thing you wish you could change about yourself or someone you love?
I’d like to know who I really am.

How do you deal with stress?
Concentration. If time permits, I think about good sex for a few seconds, then get back to business.

Tell us about your first meeting with Matt.
Oh—that! I broke his nose. Probably not the best way to get acquainted with your new boss, would you agree? It was a test. He played the bad guy, I had to wrestle him down, which I did. He feigned to give up and tried to attack me again. He wanted to teach me never to trust an enemy who is not entirely disabled. Well, he took a severe blow and was down again. That way I taught him that I’m not easily surprised and that it’s not a good idea to change the rules while I’m in the game without telling me. If anyone tries to cheat me, I play no rules. And believe me—you don’t want me to play without rules.

Matt now knows that. Well—it took him a while to recover, but then he invited me for a cappuccino and into his team.

Do you have any idea where your abilities could come from?
Honestly, no. See—I don’t have problems with garlic or sunlight, I don’t feel the need to drink blood, so my abilities are probably not vampiric. I can visit churches, so I don’t think I’m a demon or something like that—I don’t believe it’s anything metaphysical at all. I can’t remember having been exposed to radioactivity or been bitten by strange creatures or whatever marvels there may be. The only clue I have is that I need extraordinary amounts of nutrients to perform, so the laws of physics apply to me. I’m quite sure I have been born by my mother, not from a bio lab. What does that leave? Heredity? But I can’t ask my parents—they both died in a car accident when I was fourteen—and I have no other relatives I know of.

Finally, is there something you wished we had asked, but didn’t?
Will we meet again? Yes, if you like. Perhaps, if I really survive the next books, you have different questions to ask — and perhaps I can tell you more about me.

And a word to my readers — if you have a question you’d like to be asked in the next interview, don’t hesitate to write me: Zoe.lionheart@googlemail.com
